Oct 01, 2004 2:40 pm How to double profits?
Ozer Tayiz
Hi,

I've been a "high performance coach" for about a year, and now it dawned me that, the greatest clients I wanna get are Small Business Owners. I want to help them not only increase their own performance, however, also lead them the way to increased profits, while reducing stress.

As I'm also a SBO of a one-man consultancy business, I already have a great deal of info from my research for my own self. It includes courses of Jay Abraham, Chet Holmes, and internet marketing experts like Mark Joyner, and Joel Cristopher.

Now what I want to do is, write a small manual like "How to double your profits while reducing stress"...

What I want from you is, since there are many entrepreneurs among you what are your greatest challenges to more profits? What limits you?

In my mind, the answer is %80 "marketing more effectively", and I've written an outline according to this. However, I'm a one man operation, but my target market are not. Typically, they are in the range of 500,000$-5,000,000$ gross revenue with %5-20 profit margin, with staff of 10-100 people. So, in fact many problems might be the limit like production, project management, or quality assurance.

Could you give me hints as to what your experience have been? I want to write something which applies to my target market also, not only microbusinessses like me. My current content is "risk reversal, two-step direct response marketing, creating a powerful USP and ongoing improvement" which I use most in my own business. You should be familiar with thosu if you've read Jay Abraham's material. Wanna make sure it is good also for the bigger business wrt myself.

All comments will be appreciated,

Ozer Tayiz.
